Dexter was left behind when his owner moved away last year. The new residents took him in but can no longer care for him as they just had a new baby. They guess he is about one year old.
Dexter gets along with other dogs and cats, likes older children and people. He is a playful boy and likes to show you his toys but will not give them to you! He is an affectionate boy and enjoys receiving attention. He is a sweetheart and a wonderful dog with a goofy personality. He is crate trained and housebroken.
He was distrustful and depressed after his first owners left him alone and he may have some separation anxiety. A doggy companion and loving family will make all the difference for this boy.
